There are over 4 million caregivers in Ontario - ordinary people providing physical and/or emotional support to a family member, partner, friend, or neighbour. Over the next 5 years, this number will increase to 6.5 million. Those who expect to step into this role say it's important to prepare to handle caregiving duties, but most have not started to make plans.

The Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO) exists to improve the lives of Ontario's caregivers. We do this by being one point of access to information they need. Our free programs and services, developed in collaboration with caregivers, are available to caregivers across the province in English and French.

Whether you are currently caregiving, or expect to become a caregiver in the future, join us in this webinar to learn about:
• Free supports available to caregivers in Ontario
• How to support your own wellbeing while you care for others
• 5 tips to help you prepare for a caregiving role
