In this session, we will learn about types of thoughts that people living with chronic pain commonly have, how these thoughts can negatively affect our pain, and ways to change these unhelpful thoughts and manage our chronic pain more effectively. Skills and techniques based in cognitive behavioural therapy will be discussed, and there will be opportunity to start using them yourself during the session.

Our guest speaker will be Martha Wiggin, Training Facilitator at Living Healthy Champlain.
