Each week you will make a plan that supports healthy changes that are important to YOU.

accessible to a wide range of participants. The group will be sharing
experiences and learning together; it is not about testing knowledge.

Health Coaching is a FREE one-one web based support program to help
you manage your conditions and get the most out of life. A coach
provides support and guidance to help you make the healthy changes you
want to work on such as managing your health condition(s) and its
complications, finding helpful community resources and taking action to
live a healthy life. Their expertise stems from their shared experience
with chronic conditions.
Webinars are free and easy to access interactive sessions that are
between 30-60 minutes in length and usually feature an expert guest
speaker.These sessions are free to join and can be accessed remotely
from any computer, tablet or mobile phone provided you have an internet
connection. The webinars are offered monthly and will provide insight
and education on different aspects of health. You will have an
opportunity to ask questions and interact with our expert speakers at
the end of each session.
